Paper Smooches Baby Greetings

I spent a little time down in my craft room earlier in the week and was able to get a few cards made that were on my list!  It felt so good to have some quiet time to create!  It's been awhile.

One of the cards I made was a baby themed card.  I couldn't resist the little baby image from Paper Smooches' Pip Squeaks set!  Those big ole eyes entranced me!  I used one of the balloons in the Big Balloons Die set to create a little balloon for the little guy to hang onto!  This was personalized with a letter E for my new nephew.  I added a little sparkle to the three red hearts using a Wink of Stella brush marker and both the baby and balloon were colored with Copic markers.

I noticed the photo above seems to be from a child's room and the letters on the wall were what inspired me to personalize the balloon on my card!

I hope you're having a great weekend!  We spent the morning at a local museum and then had a pizza lunch in one of the parks!  The weather has been so nice over the past week!
