Precious Remembrance Shop New Release Blog Hop!

 

Today is the day!  Precious Remembrance Shop is releasing it's brand new Sweet Pea stamp set!

I focused on the sweet flowers for my card, using them to create a love themed design.

I stamped all three of the flowers, colored them with Copic markers and then applied Crystal Effects.  While the Crystal Effects was wet, I sprinkled Stampin'Up! Dazzling Diamonds on top of it to create a sparkly effect.  I stamped the sentiment and then the tiny heart image several times and adhered three sequins from the Sweet Pea Sequins Mix to the card base.

25 Days of Christmas Tags + Precious Remembrance Shop

 

Precious Remembrance Shop is joining up with Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags event today!  If you aren't familiar with this yearly event, you can find all the details HERE!  Comment and play along for your chance to win!

I created a tag using Precious Remembrance Shop's beautiful Sketchy Christmas set & Brushed Silver cardstock (StampinUp!).  I love this particular cardstock during the winter season!

Stamps:  Precious Remembrance Shop (Sketchy Christmas)

I stamped and fussy cut the tree and then popped it up with foam dots on the die cut tag.  The sentiment was stamped directly on the tag using black ink.  I added two colors/sizes of sequins for a little pop of color & sparkle.  I don't tend to use much ribbon on cards these days (bows are just "knot" my forte), but found some in my stash that was grey to go along with my color scheme!

It's Release Day over at Precious Remembrance Shop and we're celebrating with a blog hop and giveaway!  Christmas is right approaching quickly now and a new holiday set, Sketchy Christmas, is now in the shop!

I couldn't wait to showcase the sketchy trees in this set!  I aimed to make a one layer card as we all know the holidays are busy and quick cards soon become a must!

Don't you just love the font on the sentiment?!  I masked the snowy, rolling hill on kraft cardstock and then added the tree.  A simple gold star sequin adorns the top of the tree.  So simple!

I have to tell you, I was just a little more than excited when I first laid eyes on this one!  Take a look at the brand new School Days stamp set!  It's just in time for the beginning of a new school year!

I created my usual clean & simple design using that adorable school bus and the fantastic, big "thanks"!

I stamped the bus on yellow cardstock before fussy cutting and adding two clear gemstones to the headlights.  I decided to use a diagonal, off center orientation for both the bus and the sentiment for added interest.  The bus is popped up with foam dots for dimension.  I always need thank you cards like this throughout the school year and this one is going to be so easy to recreate!  I think even my boys could put one of these cards together!

I have what appears to be a fairly large stash of decorative paper from my early years of paper crafting.  It came in handy with today's card!  A little fussy cutting, gluing and a simple embellishment make this clean and simple card a piece of cake to make!
